Betel leaves are suggested to be chewed on daily basis by Ayurveda!! ☘️

🌷Tambul is good for health when used properly😊, it is also of religious importance that is why it is used in many religious ceremonies🙏.

🌷It is hot in nature, light, bitter and astringent in test, balance vata🌀 and kapha🌊, increase pitta🔥 in body.

🌷Its juice is used in ayurveda as co-drink for medicine administration .

🌷It is advised to chew 😋betel after food in healthy condition as part of daily routine.

🌷Lime, katha, clove, cardamom, jaifal, camphor, mulethi, sauf and supari can be added in it . ☘️

🧐What are the health benefits of betel leaves??
🌷 It Improves appetite and digestion.

🌷Good for heart💓, lower cholesterol levels.
🌷Used in ENT problems.

🌷Helpful in respiratory disorders like cough, asthma, bronchitis etc.

🌷 Improves skin complexion and cure pimples.

🌷Improves memory and intelligence. 😎

🌷cleans oral cavity, remove bad breath due to Indigestion and bacteria. 🌷Good for teeth. 😁

Generally sweet paan is taken after food is it good??? 🤔
🌷Avoid sweet paan after food as main purpose of paan is to balance kapha and sweet paan with gulkand increases kapha and disturb digestion.

❓What precautions one must take?? 🤔

🌷Avoid excessive use of paan chew paan only 1or 2 times in a day.
🌷Remove veins of leaves before use.
🌷 Avoid it in pitta disorders like burning sensation, bleeding disorders, dizziness etc.

❌ Do not eat tobacco with paan it nullify all the benefits of paan and causes harm to health.
