🌷Ghee is one of the most pure , sacred😇,spiritual(as it is only fuel use in Havan and Pujas)and healthy thing ever known to human beings but now a days many myths are getting propagated.

🌷Benefits of Ghee are only there if it is prepared by proper method which is first make curd from malai then Makkhan is obtained by churning dahi then by heating makkhan ,ghee is obtained .

🌷Never prepare ghee directly from Malai as this type of ghee increase cholesterol and cause all other problems.

🌷Ghee can be consumed by lactose intolerant person.

🌷 It can be regularly used by women , children ,old and young that means all by and all times.

🌷 In Ayurveda it is used internally as well as externally ( on skin ,as nasal drop)

🌹It is best among all types of fats( oils, animal fats etc).

How to consume Ghee?😋

✅1/2 teaspoon during morning or as part of breakfast is great way to start day or on chapati rice in any way which suits your taste buds .Usually after ghee it is good to have warm drink.

When to avoid ghee?🤔

👉In jaundice, hepatitis ,fatty liver,
Cough and cold may worsen by it
👉If pregnant mother has cold she should avoid ghee.
👉Excess of ghee can cause indigestion and diarrhea


🌻In case of heaviness or indigestion after ghee warm water or a cup of fat-less buttermilk can be consumed.

🌻If your child do not like to drink milk and you have to make lots of efforts, then you should give him ghee in food it gives all the benefits of milk.

👉Ghee contain Butyric acid which feed friendly bacteria in gut thus helps in boost immunity and block growth of bad bacteria.

👉Ghee is good in ulcerative colitis.
👉Ghee prevent plaque formation in arteries.
👉Ghee contain conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) and omega 6 which increases metabolism thus helps in weight loss, CLA helps in reducing cholesterol and triglycerides levels and also reduces insulin resistance so helps in preventing diabetes .
