Daytime Sleep – Avoid It if You Want to Lose Weight.

Wondering even after following diet and workouts you are still not feeling healthy then this one habit of yours of sleeping in afternoon may be the cause of your problem, here is what Ayurveda says on this . *One who have heavy oily food

*Diabetic person

Who can Sleep in day?


*Students after long hours of study

*After having alcohol



*Night shift worker

*Who travelled long

*Underweight person



What happens when wrong person sleep in day regularly??

He may face problems like swelling, nausea,cold, migraine,skin diseases, itching,lack of memory, weight gain,fever etc. 

When everyone can have daytime sleep??

Only in summer everyone can have a nap in day other than that it should be strictly avoid. If due to unavoidable circumstances one have to awake in night then he can sleep in day before having any food but only half the hours he wake in night.If someone is habitual of sleeping in day and cannot avoid it than he should only taking nap in sitting position.
