👉Not a long time ago in our country almost in every culture it was important to bath in morning for everyone be it before prayers, cooking in kitchen or before starting studies.🌺🤗
👉Bathing in early morning on special days at particular place are also part of our culture, kumbh is one such religious practice. 🌺
👉Bathing, specially in morning is not just a practice to clean body but there are much more dimensions to it.🙂
👉Morning bath cleans, heal, relax and balances body, mind and soul. 😇
👉Removes toxins, tiredness, sweat, body odour and relieves burning sensation. 👍🌸
👉Bathing give a good start to day with freshness, energy, enthusiasm,lightness and clarity. 💐
👉 It increase digestive fire, regulate temperature of body, improve other functions of skin and activate mind. 😎🌻
👉Bath is part of ayurvedic daily routine and it should be done in morning after abhyangam (oil massage) and exercise. 🌿
👉 It can be done twice or thrice in a day but morning bath is must.
🤔Why morning bath is important??
👉During sleep body digest food, repair and regenerate tissues, in this process each and every cell produce waste product which body eliminate through different routes and one route is skin pores so to remove those waste it is important to bath in morning itself.
👉Otherwise those toxins block the skin pore or they get absorbed back by body which is not good for health. 🌺
✅Wash head first then rest of the body.
✅Use cold or normal water for head and warm water for lower body.
✅Usage of hot or cold water also depend on following factors
👉age- children and old people should use warm water and adults should use cold water.
👉season- in winter use warm and in summer cold water.
👉disease–in vata and kapha disorders cold water, in pitta disorders hot water.
👉time of the day–in morning cold and in evening warm water .
🌺Using extremely cold water in winter cause kapha – vata imbalance result in body pain , stiffness, dryness etc.
🤔Why not to use hot water for head ?
✅ By using hot water on head sense organs become weak, hair root get weak, bad for eye sight, body heat and anger will increase.
👉 Use herbal bath powder in place of soap.
👉 Different ingredients can be mixed in water according to season and body type.
👉 In ayurveda bath with different herbal decorations and liquid are suggested as a treatment.
