Nothing is absolutely bad or good for health!!!👍🌱

👉In today’s time we easily label anything as bad or good for health but it is not a good approach.🌺

👉As per Ayurveda nothing is absolutely good or bad for everyone and in all situations.👌

👉Like few years back ghee was blamed for every health issues and people stopped having it but now it is again getting back in our food intake.🌷

👉It is now trend to label things this is bad or this is good but have you ever wondered when you consumed something labelled as good you do not feel good or it causes problems in your system.🌺🌿

👉For example oats, sprouts or salads are considered as healthiest food today but many people feels discomfort after their consumption.🌱🌿

👉Effect of food on individual is dependent on many factors like age, season, country, family, body type etc some of these factors are common and some are different for us so we cannot say this is good or bad for each and everyone. 🌹🌼
👉We also see that if the people of South India eat the food of North India every day, then they have health problems in the same way, the food of North India cannot be eaten in South India. 🌷🌺
👉 In India if we consume food of other countries which are not suitable for our constitute and climate
then it will result in many health problems.
👉The same thing which is good in winter, will be harmful if taken in the summer season. 🌷🌿

👉 Just like milk is good for health, but if there is fever, then milk is prohibited in that situation.🌺🌱

👉So never follow any trends blindly , act according to your body and your conditions. 🌞🙏

👉Now for that you need to observe your body but today we do not use our intellect and ask every other person what we should eat, how much to eat and follow there advice. 🌷🌻
