How to use Fennel Seeds or Saunf?🤔
🌻Chew it specially after each meal.
🌻Fennel water – soak its coarse powder in water for 3-4 hours then strain it and drink.
🌻Fennel tea🍵 – add it’s coarse powder in boiled water keep it for 3-4 minutes then strain can add honey or jaggery.
🌻 In acidity – equal part of fennel + mulethi + amla + coriander – I teaspoon of this mix twice a day.
🌻It is safe in pregnancy but in less amount( 1-2 gm)
🌻 Should not use more than 9gm per day.
