Chew fennel seeds after food for good digestion!!

Fennel seed or Saunf is called Mishrey or Madhura in Sanskrit. It is rich in minerals,vitamins( A,C,E and B complex) and essential oils . Sauf is used in Indian cooking very intelligently, our Indian food so amazingly designed that without our awareness we are using these great herbs in our food but slowly with culture of eating in restaurants or junk food we are losing on this.

👉It is useful in indigestion, diarrhea,colic, acidity, bloating, prevent gas formation and constipation.

How to use Fennel Seeds or Saunf?🤔

🌻Chew it specially after each meal.
🌻Fennel water – soak its coarse powder in water for 3-4 hours then strain it and drink.
🌻Fennel tea🍵 – add it’s coarse powder in boiled water keep it for 3-4 minutes then strain can add honey or jaggery.
🌻 In acidity – equal part of fennel + mulethi + amla + coriander – I teaspoon of this mix twice a day.
🌻It is safe in pregnancy but in less amount( 1-2 gm)
🌻 Should not use more than 9gm per day.
