🌻Pippali is a easily available tonic or rasayan. 😍
🌻It is not only used in disease condition but it is also used to prevent diseases. 🥰
🌻Its a herb whose fruits and roots are of medicinal importance.🤗
🌻 It is widely used in Ayurvedic medicines as it increases efficiency of medicines .☘️☘️
🌻It helps to transport nutrients and to remove toxins from body.🌷🌷

🌻It acts on digestive, respiratory, nervous and reproductive systems🙏

🌻It is pungent in taste, not very hot in potency, strong, piercing, oily and light to digest.👍
🌻It’s dried fruit balances vata and kapha dosha.☘️

🤔In which conditions Pippali is useful? 🌺

👉It improves digestion, improves appetite, remove undigested food or toxins from body and improves bowel movement. 😊
🌷Useful in low appetite, gas, flatulence, abdominal distention, burping, colicky pain, diarrhoea, constipation, nausea and hiccups.😃

🌷In bloating, gas use it with barley khichdi or have it with buttermilk

👉It is excellent herb for lungs as it protect lungs, improve their functions, strengthen lungs and improve blood circulation of lungs.
🌷It is bronco dialator, decongestant and expectorant in action. 🤧
🌷Useful in difficulty in breathing, congestion, cough(both dry and productive), cold, asthma, COPD and T.B.
🌷Use Pippali with jaggery in respiratory disorders.
With honey in productive cough and with milk, ghee, til oil or jaggery in dry cough.

👉 It is useful in chronic and acute fever. 🤒

👉Liver and spleen disorders.
👉Purify blood, prevent formation of blood clots❤️

👉To gain weight use it with milk, ghee or add it in urad dal kheer. 🌷
👉Brain tonic, calm nervous system, person with excessive thoughts should use it. 🧠😇
👉Anemia and in inflammation due to anemia, use it with amla powder.🤩
👉Worm infestation, use it with jaggery.🐛
👉To protect heart ,use it with jaggery ❤️
👉It is useful in managing pain of Rheumatoid arthritis and sciatica.

👉It increase breast milk production and purify breast milk of new mother. To improve breast milk after delivery use it with shatavari and milk. 🤱
👉It helps in maintaining menstrual cycle those with absent or less flow should use it. 👍

🤔What cautions should be taken?
✅It’s excess and long term use should be avoided as that may increase all three doshas.

✅Avoid it in bleeding disorders.
✅Pitta person or in pitta time of day or year use it with caution.
✅To balance pitta it should be use with ghee or milk
✅Avoid it during pregnancy.

🤔How to use it?

👉It can be used with different adjuant substances according to diseases.

👉It can be used by adding in food.
It should be use in 1-2 pinch or 1-2 grams in quantity.

🌺🌺Vardhman Pippali Rasayan – for improving overall immunity. 🌺🌺

👉It a excellent way of using Pippali in it Pippali is used first in gradually increasing and then in decreasing quantity.
👉After panchkarma this rasayan can be used.
👉 In it on day one 1 pinch powder or 1 crushed Pippali is boiled with 1cup milk and 4 cups of water, till only milk remains.
Next day 2 pinch of Pippali powder or 2 Pippali is used, in this way it keeps on increasing, on 10th day 10 pinch or 10 Pippali is consumed for next 2 days have it in same 10 pinch quantity. From 13th day start reducing its quantity gradually, so on 21st day only one pinch or 1 Pippali is used.

👉It should be drink in morning empty stomach and eat anything after 2-3 hours.

Always use Pippali after consulting Ayurvedic doctor.
