🤔How to use it?

It should be use in 1-2 pinch or 1-2 grams in quantity.
🌺🌺Vardhman Pippali Rasayan – for improving overall immunity. 🌺🌺
👉It a excellent way of using Pippali in it Pippali is used first in gradually increasing and then in decreasing quantity.
👉After panchkarma this rasayan can be used.
👉 In it on day one 1 pinch powder or 1 crushed Pippali is boiled with 1cup milk and 4 cups of water, till only milk remains.
Next day 2 pinch of Pippali powder or 2 Pippali is used, in this way it keeps on increasing, on 10th day 10 pinch or 10 Pippali is consumed for next 2 days have it in same 10 pinch quantity. From 13th day start reducing its quantity gradually, so on 21st day only one pinch or 1 Pippali is used.
👉It should be drink in morning empty stomach and eat anything after 2-3 hours.
