Jau(Barley) or yava- Recommend to use daily by Ayurveda to stay healthy.

It is food which works as medicine in many conditions, it is recommended in ayurveda to use regularly and by doing so you never suffer from obesity, diabetes and skin problems.

🌷It’s is astringent and sweet in taste, cold, dry, soft, slimy and scraping in nature. It balance all three doshas specially kapha and pitta.

👉Diabetes – it is best 👌for diabetic person specially who is overweight.

👉 It helps in relieving indigestion, constipation,acidity, bloating, heaviness after food and slow digestion.👍

👉 Heal wound🌼- it helps in quick healing of wound so it should be included in diet in injury, after operation, c-section delivery , accident, peptic ulcer,mouth ulcer, ulcerative colitis and infections.


👉Skin- it improves complexion👱‍♀️,purify blood, useful in all types of skin diseases like itching, eczema and psoriasis.


👉 Respiratory – it is useful in cough,🤧 cold, asthma, bronchitis and allergic rhinitis.


👉 Medhya- it improves intelligence😎. Calm mind, useful in hyperactive person and in excessive thoughts.


👉 It helps in controlling excessive passing of urine.


👉 It is good for throat, improves voice.🗣️


👉 It is useful in conditions of blockage, fatty liver, fibroid and PCOD.


👉It helps in controlling high cholesterol levels.


👉 It is useful in Hypothyroidism.


👉 One should include it in diet when feeling tired without doing any work.🥴


👉It is useful in managing dry mouth, excessive thirst and excessive sweating. 🥵

🤔How to use?
✅It’s roti, sattu (roasted barley powder) , daliya and boiled water can be taken.
