👉Generally food rich in nutrients, are considered as healthy and every other day some healthy super food comes in the market with superpower of curing every health problem.
👉And nowadays it has become the situation that everyone is competing to eat everything all kinds of vegetables, fruits, yogurt, milk, cheese, dry fruit, seeds, pulses and grains, even then due to fear that they might lack some nutrients they take supplements too, many times the day ends but food list doesn’t.
👉 Common people are only interested in knowing and following things that they can eat to improve health or to cure disease. People only want to know herbs or home remedies which can be consumed.
👉But eating any food or herb is not the solution of any of your health problem, there are many other things as well which one has to do.
👉 Please understand to keep our body healthy or to cure any disease three things are important that is food, lifestyle and herbs.
👉Few years back food was also not that important for our modern country but slowly we are again understanding importance of food in maintaining health and treatment of diseases.
👉No matter how good or costly things you eat, if you do not sleep on time, wake up on time, do regular exercise and follow other practices suggested by our acharyas according to time of day and season you are bound to have physical or mental diseases .
👉If you think having most nutritional food at whatever time with whatever emotional status of yours you will be healthy than you are wrong.
🤔So what we should follow other than proper diet to stay healthy?
✅ Follow Ayurvedic daily routine.
✅ Follow Ayurvedic seasonal routine.
✅Follow sadvritta ( good personal and social conduct)
👉Our body is connected and effected by nature. Day, night and every season effects us differently so we should respect that and do things accordingly.
👉We cannot follow routine according to our moods and habits .
👉 Eating right is important but only eating right is sufficient is a wrong notion.
👉Many times you will feel that even after eating healthy food you are getting sick, then the reason for that is not food, but your error full daily routine, seasonal routine and mental behavior is responsible .
