Migraine- cure it permanently with Ayurveda.

☘️Migraine is a type of serious headache 😩associated with other symptoms like nausea, blurred vision, darkness, confusion etc .

☘️More and more people are suffering from migraine now a days as painkillers can only give symptomatic relief but do not cure the problem, if someone take painkillers frequently it can even increase the frequency 😱of migraine attacks.

☘️Ayurvedic therapies, medicine and lifestyle modification can prevent👌 and cure migraine headache.
☘️It is tridoshic disorder but mainly vata – pitta dosha are involved .

🤔Causes of migraine

Following are cause and also triggers migraine attack

👉Indigestion, constipation , eating hot, spicy, salty,dry and pungent food.

👉 Processed and fermented food. 🍟🍕🍔

👉 Suppression of natural urges, like urge to urinate, defecation, sneeze, yawning, hunger, thirst etc.❌

👉Direct exposure of strong sunlight for long time . 🌞

👉 Strong smell of deodorant or perfumes.

👉Excessive Alcohol or smoking.🚭

👉 Excess of tea or coffee. ☕

👉 Irregular timing of food and sleep.
👉Hormonal changes during menstrual cycle or menopausal phase. 👩

👉 Excessive anger, jealousy, grief, stress, anxiety etc.😡🤬

👉 Excessive physical exertion. 🥵

So causes of migraine is mainly over and sudden stimulation of brain.


🌳 Attack started with visual disturbance, blurred vision🥴, nausea then headache above eyebrows🤯 ,one side or both sides of head which get worsen by exposure to sunlight.
🌳it can be lasted from few hours to few days ,pain can also feel on neck and shoulder.


✅ If it is digestive system or constipation related then treating digestive issues give relief in migraine in such type of cases.

✅ If it is due to hormonal imbalance during periods or menopause then treating accordingly give relief.

✅Vata and pitta pacifying food and treatment is followed.

✅Therapies like shirodhara,shirobasti,nasya ,Oil pulling ,neti are extremely useful.

✅ Oral ayurvedic medicine is given.

🌻Lifestyle modifications

☘️ Eat at regular interval,do not skip meal,do not fasting,eat light and fresh food.🍲

☘️Take sleep of 7 hours at night . Avoid staying awake late at night . 😴

☘️ Do not use strong deodorant or perfumes❌

☘️ Avoid bright light ( wear sunglasses)⚡

☘️ Avoid loud music. 🔊

☘️Avoid too hot or cold bath.🔥❄️

☘️Stop smoking and drinking. 🚭

☘️ Avoid sitting in air-conditioned room for long.

☘️Control anger.😇

☘️Regular morning walk,yoga and pranayam. 🧘‍♀️

☘️ Include cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, clove, lemon, grapes,apple,mango, raisins, almonds etc in diet🍇🍋🥭🍌
☘️Eat non-veg food, dairy products,baked food and chocolate in less amount .
☘️Do abhyang (Massage) daily before bath .✅
