What is the purpose of healthy long life?? 🤔

👉Ayurveda is a science of life which helps in living a disease free long life but what is the purpose of long life? Why ancient sages helped humans to live long?? 🙄

👉In Ayurveda four purposes of life are mentioned which are Dharma, Artha, Kama and Mokska. 🌷👍

👉All humans should focus to live life to achieve these goals 🌿

  1. Dharma – doing right things for self and society which helps in development of both . 🌷🌱
    2.Arth – Earn wealth in right way to live good life. 💐
    3.kama – fullfill desires in right way. 🌼
    4.Moksha – try to attain salvation. 🌺

👉To fullfill 4 purposes of life one needs long disease free life which can only be achieved by following Ayurvedic principles. 🙏🌱

👉 By following Ayurvedic principles one can enjoy doing dharma,earn money, fulfilling desires and attain moksh. 👍🌻

👉Only balanced being can understand what is good or bad, right or wrong for self and society.
This balance is achieved only through Ayurvedic principles . 🌼

👉Absolute health is not just the absence of illnesses or normal lab test reports,a person who is physically, mentally, socially and spiritually balanced is healthy.🌿🌻

👉 Today every one wants to live long but don’t know what to do with this life.🤔

👉 India was the land where rich or poor, everyone was in pursuit of attaining salvation by doing good deeds as per their capacity, today we have lost our path. 🌱

👉 Living life without goal( asur vritti) is the main cause of many mental health problems. 🌺
