🤔How to make panchamrit?
For one person take ingredients in following proportion.
Ingredients
- Milk (preferably cow milk) – 5 teaspoon
- Ghee(cow ghee) – 2 teaspoon
- Curd(fresh and homemade) 1 teaspoon
- Honey 1teaspoon
- Sugar (organic or mishri) 1 teaspoon.
Take all the ingredients in silver bowl(steel or glass bowl can also be used) and mix them thoroughly.
🤔What is best time to have panchamrit?
It should be taken in morning empty stomach. 😊
🤔Can other things like dry fruits and tulsi can be added in it?

🤔From which age it can be taken?
From age of 1 year till lifetime it can be taken. 👶👵
