👉 If you ever attended any hindu religious ceremony then after pooja panchamrit is used to distribute to devotees as prasad.🙏

👉 It the first thing which is offered to god which itself

shows its importance .😇

👉 Panch means 5 and amrit means nectar, so it is a combination of 5 nectars.🌹

👉 Each 5 ingredients are full of goodness and when they combine together then there effectiveness increases many times.🌻

👉 Panchamrit nourishes all 7 tissues(ras, rakt, mans, med, asthi, majja and shukra) of body.😍


👉 It balance all 3 doshas. 👍


👉 It increases ojas of body.😇


👉 It improves immunity, make body and mind strong. 🤗


👉 It is good for skin, it improves complexion, makes skin soft and glowing 😎


👉 It is good for hairs and bones.


👉 It relieves hyperacidity.


👉It improves fertility of both men and women. 👍


👉 It is must for pregnent woman as it nourishing for both foetus and mother,it should be taken in morning from first to ninth months of pregnancy.🤰

🤔How to make panchamrit?
For one person take ingredients in following proportion.
Ingredients

  1. Milk (preferably cow milk) – 5 teaspoon
  2. Ghee(cow ghee) – 2 teaspoon
  3. Curd(fresh and homemade) 1 teaspoon
  4. Honey 1teaspoon
  5. Sugar (organic or mishri) 1 teaspoon.

Take all the ingredients in silver bowl(steel or glass bowl can also be used) and mix them thoroughly.

🤔What is best time to have panchamrit?
It should be taken in morning empty stomach. 😊

🤔Can other things like dry fruits and tulsi can be added in it?
👉 Yes.

🤔From which age it can be taken?

From age of 1 year till lifetime it can be taken. 👶👵

  • Prepared Panchamrit should be used within few hours. 🌺
