Is food without fats like ghee or oils are good for health??

🤔What is the effect of taking dry food on body or absence of unctuouness in food??

👉Taking dry food  increases vata in body which can give 80 types of vatic diseases.

👉As all body tissues are held together by unctuous and wet quality in absence of unctuous quality   body tissues deplete .

👉This cause immunity and strength of body to decrease and  chances of getting diseases increases.

👉Colour and complexion of skin decreases.

👉In Vata body  type person dryness is  already high having  dry food further increases dryness and cause diseases.

👉Dry food increases dryness, coarseness and hardness in body.

👉Fluid secretion dries up results in  constipation.

👉Cause less urine and sweat formation cause increase in waste products in body.

👉Fertility decreases.

👉Causes degenerative diseases, musculoskeletal disorder and  neuromuscular disorders.
👉Risk of different types of pain, osteoarthritis, sleep disorders, respiratory diseases etc increases.

🤔What are the food which are dry in nature?

👉Astringent(honey, lotus stalk, harad, mango seed etc) , Pungent(hing, ginger, black pepper etc) and bitter(neem, turmeric, iron, giloy etc) taste food are dry in nature.

👉Raw or uncooked vegetables.

👉Other than dry food eating less, excessive exertion and staying up late  night  also cause dryness in body and vitiate vata dosha.


🌺There are  conditions where use  unctuousness  food should be restricted but always consult vaidhy before stopping sneh  completely.
