Know what things should be avoid immediately after having food.

For proper digestion of food following things should be avoided immediately after having meal – 🍱


👉Exercise , running ,
wrestling, swimming, dancing, walking long distance, climbing stairs,heavy physical work and sexual activity. 🏊‍♂️⛹️‍♂️🏋️‍♂️🚵‍♂️


👉Sitting for long🤷‍♀️

👉Intake of excess liquid like water or fruit juices.🍹

👉Alcohol .🥂

👉Tea and coffee.☕🍵

👉Exposure to strong sunlight and heat.🌞

👉Singing or speaking loudly .📢

👉Riding vehicles .🚲🚗


👉Eating something else .🤐

👉Above activities can be done 45 to 60minutes after consumption of food.

👉Immediately after having food it is recommended
to sit straight or in vajrasna for few minutes then take slow walk of 100 steps after that lie on left hand side for few minutes.✅
