Carrot is used all over world as salad , cooked,raw or as juice.

It is known as grunjan or garjar in Sanskrit.

We all know it is good for eyes,skin, hair but here are some more benefits of carrot which will  make you wonder about this delicious veggie.

1.It increases appetite and  improve digestion. ✅



2.Very useful in diarrhoea and  IBS. 
✅After diarrhoea, carrot cooked in ghee is helpful in regaining strength.
✅In IBS regular use of its juice is beneficial.

3.Raw carrot is good for heart it strengthen heart muscles. ❤️

4.Very useful in piles.

5.It regulates sweat outflow so it prevent bad odour due to sweat.

6.It increase immunity.


8.It protects liver.

9.Beneficial in bleeding disorders like nasal bleeding, heavy period and bleeding gum.

10.Useful in eye disorders.


11.Used in worm infestation.

12.It gives strength to uterine muscle, promote painless menstruation and used in uterine disorders.


13.It is aphrodisiac , increase sperm count.

14.Improve skin and hair texture.

15.It has diuretic property so it is helpful in flushing out renal calculi.

Have carrot sabji, soup and halwa.

👉Carrot juice is not good for all as raw juice dilute digestive enzymes and can immediately result in bloating and gas.
So enjoy this winter vegetable   , in whatever form you like raw(if your digestion is strong) , cooked, juice or its halwa but eat lots of carrot . Stay healthy.
