Which Natural urges of body should never be suppressed and which should be controlled for healthy life?

🌱In ayurveda following vegas( urges) are mentioned which should not be suppressed forcefully –

👉Belching( udgar)
👉Urge to fart💨
👉Urge to pass stool
👉Urge to urinate
👉Urge to yawn
👉Urge to sleep😴
👉Thirst
👉Hunger😋
👉Urge to breath fast after exertion🥵
👉Urge to sneeze🤧
👉Urge to cough
👉Urge to weep😢
👉Urge to ejaculate semen
👉Urge to vomit 🤮

🌷They called adharniya vega.These are signal which our body give to protect itself or for detoxification by which it remains healthy. So it is our job to attend these urges and not suppress them forcibly .

🌷If someone regularly suppress this urges in long run he will face many serious health issues😳 . In Ayurveda texts📚 effect of suppressing each urges and there treatment are thoroughly explained like for example if u suppress urge to fart💨 it can move the air upward in body which leads to bloating, pain in abdomen, tiredness,obstruct urine ,blurred vision and disease of heart.

🌷If these Vegas are not suppressed we can keep many disease away.👌👍
🌷Many time when you don’t understand why you are suffering from any disease holding natural urge might be the cause.

🌷Dharniya Vegas are on the other side urges of mind which should be hold for healthy and peaceful life. Greed🦊🤑,envy, hatred, jealousy, attachment🐶,lust, anxiety, inferiority complex, Pride🦚,ego 😠😡🤯are urges which should be hold forcefully.
🌷All these urges are basis of mental problems which in long term may turn into serious mental issues and in today’s time it is very much evident. 🌿Ayurveda defines health as physical , mental and spiritual well being ,it focus on mental health as much as physical health. Meditation🧘‍♀️😇 is very helpful in holding this urges.
