👉Light to digest, green moong with husk is little heavy to digest compared to yellow moong daal.

❓How to use it?? 🤔


👉 Boil it with water add little turmeric and rock salt, once it cooked properly give tadka with ghee+hind+curry leaves +red chillies or green chillies.
👉Soup can be made (daal 1 part + water 18 part) boil till it reduces to 1/4 add salt, turmeric, ghee, hing and black pepper.

👉 Chilla or pancake, idli and dosa can be made with it.
☘️Moong dal soup is very beneficial in many conditions LIKE in low digestion, low appetite, constipation, bleeding disorders, ENT diseases, skin problems and in obesity.
👉 Ladoo or halwa can be made.
👉 It’s paste can be apply on face.
👉Always have it with ghee as it balance dryness of moong and helps in digestion.
